Chills when excavator hits man in the head, causing him to die immediately

On the afternoon of March 16, Gia Lai Province authorities are continuing to investigate the case of an excavator hitting a driver in the head, causing the death of a driver.

According to initial information, on the morning of March 16, Mr. H. (born in 1994, from Nghe An ) drove a truck with license plate number 73L-5746 transporting soil to a household's farm in Thang Loi village (Ia Sol commune, Phu Thien district, Gia Lai province).

At around 8 o'clock the same day, after Mr. D.VT (born in 1975, residing in Ia Sol commune; excavator owner) drove the excavator to fill the truck, Mr. H. went to the back to pull the rope to cover the truck bed with a tarpaulin, not letting the materials fall.

At this time, because he did not see Mr. H., Mr. T. controlled the excavator's lever and hit Mr. H.'s head, causing him to be seriously injured.

Immediately after the incident, Mr. H. was taken to the emergency room but died on the way to the hospital.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Thuy Mui, Chairwoman of Ia Sol Commune People's Committee, informed that the above land area was arbitrarily renovated by the people, the commune did not allow or sign any documents.
