Be careful of heat stroke when working outdoors in hot weather.

Heat stroke or sunstroke is a condition in which the body temperature increases too high when exposed to high temperatures or living/working in a hot environment for a long time, especially in the summer.

To prevent heat stroke, workers should avoid working in the hot sun from 10am to 4pm. They should also avoid strenuous physical activities, wear wide-brimmed hats, long-sleeved clothes, use scarves to protect the neck and nape of the neck, and wear sunglasses.
