On the afternoon of May 29, Nho Quan District Police coordinated with the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the district to organize a conference to summarize 10 years of implementing the Coordination Program No. 09/CTr-BCA-MTTW between the Ministry of Public Security and the Standing Committee of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and member organizations on "Promoting the movement of all people to protect national security (ANTQ) in the new situation".

Over 10 years of implementing Coordination Program No. 09, the relationship of coordination and close cooperation between the police force and member organizations has been strengthened. of the Fatherland Front from district to grassroots level in all aspects of ensuring security and order, building a mass movement to protect national security.

The propaganda and education work for union members, members and people of all walks of life is diversified in form and creative in content, contributing to raising awareness among member organizations of the Fatherland Front about the task of maintaining security and order. Raising revolutionary vigilance and sense of responsibility of the entire people in the fight against crime and participating in the movement of the entire people to protect national security and order.

The work of coordinating and mobilizing the entire population to participate in preventing, detecting and denouncing crimes; educating and reforming criminals in families and communities; "Skillful mass mobilization" and "Sustainable poverty reduction" has been well implemented.

Through the work of coordinating with the masses, hundreds of valuable reports related to criminal activities have been provided, helping the police force investigate and solve 399 criminal cases, 296 drug-related crimes and other violations of the law; establishing files to send 18 subjects to educational facilities and 4 subjects to reform schools, 345 files to send drug addicts to medical facilities, 798 files to send subjects to management and education in the community, 258 subjects to be rehabilitated in the community, 52 violators to be criticized before the people...

The people also helped the police force arrest 64 wanted subjects; participated in the management and education of 2,670 released prisoners, 775 subjects serving suspended sentences, and 182 subjects undergoing non-custodial reform...

The implementation of Coordination Program No. 09 has contributed to protecting security and order, serving the socio-economic development tasks of the locality.

At the conference, delegates discussed and shared difficulties and lessons learned in the implementation of Coordination Program No. 09; at the same time, proposed specific directions and tasks for implementation in the coming time.

Speaking at the conference, the leaders of Nho Quan district suggested that the Fatherland Front and the Police do a good job of advising the district to effectively direct the implementation of the movement of the whole people to protect national security. Strengthen dialogue between the Front, the Police and the people. Strengthen information exchange to proactively and promptly advise the Party Committee and the government to promptly resolve arising and complicated incidents related to security and order right at the grassroots level.

Focus on building and replicating advanced models and examples in the movement of the entire people to protect national security in the direction of self-management, self-defense, self-protection, self-reconciliation...

On this occasion, Nho Quan District People's Committee awarded Certificates of Merit to 10 collectives and 10 individuals with outstanding achievements in implementing Coordination Program No. 09.
