The provincial post office arranges staff in 92 communes and wards to support administrative procedures for people and businesses.

Mr. Phan Xuan Hoang, Director of Phu Binh Post Office, said: We carry out assigned tasks under the direction of superiors, and at the same time support the public administrative service centers in communes and wards in receiving and returning administrative procedure results, including the fields of land and social insurance, as well as supporting people to digitize documents and submit documents through the online public service portal.

It can be seen that the role of the Post Office is not only limited to being a service provider but also an important bridge between the government and the people, directly promoting the use of online public services throughout the process - a key goal in the digital transformation roadmap of Thai Nguyen province.

In the context of strong e-commerce development, Thai Nguyen Provincial Post Office has also accompanied businesses, cooperatives and farmers to bring agricultural products to e-commerce platforms.

Mr. Tran Cao Hoai, Director of the Provincial Post Office, said: The e-commerce platform (https://buudien.vn) is currently completely free to support people. We also have transportation and logistics solutions so that people's goods sold through the platform can circulate smoothly. Thereby, helping to reduce costs for business households, bringing OCOP products and typical agricultural products to the platform, from there selling nationwide at the most reasonable price.

Currently, the Post Office not only focuses on traditional postal services, but also expands into the field of e-commerce, directly supporting the development of the digital economy and rural economy.

Many typical products of Thai Nguyen such as Tan Cuong tea, OCOP agricultural products, and craft village products have reached consumers across the country thanks to the logistics solutions of the Postal industry.
