DTO - The Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee has just announced the conclusion on the draft Plan to implement Conclusion No. 115 dated January 16, 2025 of the Politburo to continue implementing Resolution No. 39 of the 12th Politburo on improving the efficiency of management, exploitation, use and promotion of economic resources (abbreviated as Conclusion No. 115).

The agricultural land area in the area accounts for about 80%, contributing significantly to the local socio-economic development.

Accordingly, at the 75th Conference on April 8, 2025, after reviewing Submission No. 64 dated March 31, 2025 of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee on the draft Plan to implement Conclusion No. 115 dated January 16, 2025 of the Politburo on continuing to implement Resolution No. 39 dated January 15, 2019 of the Politburo on improving the efficiency of management, exploitation, use and promotion of economic resources. The Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee agreed with the basic content of the draft Plan to implement Conclusion No. 115.

In particular, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee noted some contents of the draft Plan to implement Conclusion No. 115 briefly and specifically, especially studying related contents on improving the effectiveness of management, exploitation, use and promotion of resources in the draft Political Report submitted to the 12th Provincial Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030; the conclusion of General Secretary To Lam during his visit and work with the Executive Committee of the Dong Thap Provincial Party Committee; the Action Program to implement Resolution No. 57 of the 13th Politburo on science and technology development, innovation and national digital transformation; promoting resources from the province's festivals... to update the draft Plan to implement Conclusion No. 115.

At the same time, review the previously issued related programs to propose a group of implementation targets, with higher requirements and clearly demonstrate the province's specific policies in implementing the above content. The Provincial Party Committee assigned the Provincial People's Committee Party Committee to receive the opinions of the Provincial Party Committee, continue to review and complete the content of the draft Implementation Plan for Conclusion No. 115, coordinate with the Provincial Party Committee Office to submit to the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee for consideration and signing.

It is known that in the past time, Resolution No. 39 dated January 15, 2019 of the Politburo on improving the efficiency of management, exploitation, use and promotion of economic resources has been concretized. Departments, branches, units and localities in the province have deployed resources such as: human resources; natural resources; facilities, socio-economic infrastructure suitable to local conditions. Thereby, promoting socio-economic development and improving the lives of people in the province.
