A university sharply increased Tet bonuses for lecturers

On the afternoon of January 17, Dr. Le Truong Son, Principal of Ho Chi Minh City University of Law, informed that this year the school will increase the Tet bonus for civil servants and employees with the total bonus increasing by 20% compared to 2024.

Specifically, the care level will have 4 items including Tet money, Tet bonus, emulation title money and New Year money.

In which, Tet bonus is equivalent to one month's income (including salary and additional income) calculated by December 2024, except for some special cases according to the school's own regulations.

Tet bonus will depend on the level of task completion, each person will receive a bonus from more than 7 million VND to more than 12 million VND.

The emulation title money will include two levels, advanced workers will be awarded 3.5 million VND and grassroots emulation fighters will be awarded 5.25 million VND.

As for New Year's bonus, each employee and worker will receive an additional bonus of 3 million VND.

In addition, on this occasion, Ho Chi Minh City University of Law also organized activities to take care of the Lunar New Year for lecturers and students.

In particular, the school is repairing and renovating the canteen and lecturers' lounge at Nguyen Tat Thanh campus to improve the quality of life, create convenience for lecturers and students to rest, restore their labor force, and improve the quality of their spiritual life.
