On December 30, Mong Cai City Party Committee held a conference to announce the decision to establish the Party Committee of the City Party Committee, Mass Organizations, People's Council, Judiciary and City Government Party Committee.

Decision No. 1211-QD/TU dated December 27, 2024 of the Executive Committee of the Mong Cai City Party Committee decided to establish the Party Committee of the Party Agencies, Mass Organizations, People's Council, and Judiciary of the city, including 8 subordinate Party cells: Party Cell of the City Party Committee Office, Party Cell of the City Party Committee's Organization Board, Party Cell of the City Party Committee's Inspection Committee, Party Cell of the Propaganda - Mass Mobilization Board - City Political Center, Party Cell of the City People's Council, Party Cell of the Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations of the city, Party Cell of the City People's Procuracy and Party Cell of the City People's Court with a total of 90 Party members.

The Party Committee of the Party Agencies, Mass Organizations, People's Council, and City Judiciary perform functions and tasks according to the provisions of the Party Charter and current regulations.

The Standing Committee of Mong Cai City Party Committee issued Decision No. 1212-QD/TU dated December 27, 2024 on the appointment of the Party Executive Committee, the Standing Committee of the Party Committee, the Secretary, the Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Party Agencies, Mass Organizations, the People's Council, and the City Justice, for the 2020-2025 term. Accordingly, the Party Executive Committee of the Party Agencies, Mass Organizations, the People's Council, and the City Justice consists of 15 comrades; the Standing Committee consists of 5 comrades. Comrade Nguyen Van Do, Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee, Chairman of the City People's Council, was appointed as Secretary of the Party Committee.

The Executive Committee of the Mong Cai City Party Committee also issued Decision No. 1216-QD/TU dated December 27, 2024 on changing the name of the City Government Party Committee to the City Government Party Committee.

The Standing Committee of Mong Cai City Party Committee also issued Decision No. 1218-QD/TU dated December 27, 2024 on appointing additional members of the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee, term 2020-2025, for the following comrades: Nguyen Phuc Vinh, member of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee, to participate in the Executive Committee, Standing Committee and assign to hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee; comrade Hoang Anh Tuat, member of the City Party Committee, Head of the City Internal Affairs Department, member of the City Party Committee Executive Committee, to participate in the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee; comrade Tran Ngoc Trung, member of the City Party Committee, Head of the City Finance - Planning Department, to participate in the City Party Committee Executive Committee; comrade Hoang Hai Long, Head of the City Education and Training Department, to participate in the City Party Committee Executive Committee.

The Mong Cai City Government Party Committee currently has 365 party members, with comrade Ho Quang Huy, Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee and Chairman of the City People's Committee, as Party Committee Secretary.

Official decisions take effect from January 1, 2025.

With the establishment of the Party Committee of the Party Agency, Mass Organizations, People's Council, City Judiciary and City Government Party Committee, currently, Mong Cai City Party Committee has 32 branches and affiliated Party Committees with a total of 4,722 Party members.

At the conference, the Secretary of the Mong Cai City Party Committee gave a speech assigning tasks to the two Party Committees, focusing on reviewing and supplementing the Party Committee's operating regulations; urgently preparing conditions to complete the Party Cell Congresses towards the Party Committee Congress in accordance with regulations.
