Mr. Le Hai Ly, Director of the Provincial Employment Service Center (DVVL) said: Local authorities at all levels pay attention to directing and creating conditions for the center to coordinate in organizing propaganda, consulting, job introduction and labor export activities. Not only receiving job search registrations of workers, labor recruitment registrations of labor users in and outside the province, labor export, the Center also regularly contacts closely with large enterprises in the province to collect labor recruitment information.

In particular, the Center has focused on expanding multi-platform consulting and recruitment forms, diversifying job referral forms. According to Mr. Le Hai Ly, the Center has done a good job of coordinating and disseminating recruitment information and job search needs through websites, Facebook, Zalo, QR codes, Tiktok... to employees, units, and businesses. Proactively linking with reputable labor export units and businesses licensed to send employees to work abroad to find new markets to diversify the markets for employees to choose to participate in.
Since the beginning of the year, the Center has coordinated with units to organize 17 job fairs in localities such as Cu M'gar, Buon Ma Thuot, Krong Bong, Ea Sup, Krong Ana, Buon Ho... Thereby, 23 businesses participated in the fairs with a total recruitment demand of 9,000 positions. At the same time, 23 job consulting activities were organized in the province; providing job, career and policy advice to 21,400 people...
Through the sessions, the diverse and flexible forms of job consultation and introduction have helped many workers find suitable jobs. For example, Nguyen Tan Dung (Dong Hoa ward), thanks to the job consultation and introduction form of the Provincial Employment Service Center, he was able to choose a suitable career. Dung shared: “Before, I worked at a company in Ho Chi Minh City, earning 10 - 12 million VND/month, but I wanted to return to my hometown to have a stable job, closer to home. Thanks to the introduction of the Provincial Employment Service Center, I was lucky to find a suitable job at Phong Phu - Phu Yen International Investment Joint Stock Company with an acceptable salary. I am very happy”.
Mr. Doan Van Linh (Buon Ma Thuot Ward) also recently participated in a job fair organized by the Provincial Employment Service Center in the ward with the hope of finding a new job with a salary suitable for current life. He commented: "I see that the consulting units introduce many jobs, creating favorable conditions for workers like us to have the opportunity to find good jobs." Ms. Bui Thu Trang (Tuy Hoa Ward) came to the Provincial Employment Service Center (branch 2) to find a job that suits her family's conditions and personal needs. "There are quite a few options on the recruitment information board, but I have to consider because my circumstances have changed after having a child. I need a job with less pressure, flexible hours but the income still meets the minimum living standard," Ms. Trang said.

According to the plan, from now until the end of the year, the Provincial Employment Service Center will strengthen solutions to support job creation, connect labor supply and demand information based on collected data to solve employment for employees and solve recruitment needs of enterprises; focus on exploiting data on the Southern labor supply and demand software; increase the frequency of organizing job fairs, improve the quality of job fairs to successfully connect supply and demand in terms of quantity and quality.
Accordingly, the Center will continue to promote the dissemination of labor - employment policies, unemployment insurance, vocational training, and labor export in many forms. At the same time, innovate the content and communication methods, promote the connection between enterprises and employees, expand the forms of multi-platform consulting and recruitment. Strengthen coordination with localities and enterprises to effectively organize career guidance activities, job introduction, and labor export, especially in ethnic minority areas. Organize job fairs in many forms, moving towards organizing electronic job fairs connecting regions, areas, and the whole country to introduce jobs to employees, meeting the needs of the labor market.
