Ceremony to announce decisions on personnel work of the Ministry of Science and Technology

At the ceremony, the Department of Organization and Personnel announced the decisions of the Minister of Science and Technology to perfect the leadership apparatus at affiliated units.

Reappointment decisions include:

- Temporarily re-appoint Mr. Nguyen Van Khai to hold the position of Deputy Director of the Center for Science and Technology Communication.

- Temporarily re-appoint Mr. Le Doan Danh to hold the position of Deputy Director of Vietnam Public Telecommunication Service Fund.

- Temporarily re-appoint Mr. Le Tai Dung and Mr. Le Dinh Hanh to hold the position of Deputy Directors of the Executive Agency of the National Science and Technology Development Fund.

In particular, in the context of restructuring two publishing houses under the Ministry, a number of new transfer and appointment decisions have been issued, including:

- Mobilize and appoint Mr. Tran Chi Dat to hold the position of Director and Editor-in-Chief of Science - Technology - Communication Publishing House.

- Mobilize and appoint Mr. Bui Minh Cuong to hold the position of Deputy Director and Deputy Editor-in-Chief of Science - Technology - Communication Publishing House.

- Mobilize and appoint Ms. Ngo Thi My Hanh to hold the position of Deputy Director and Deputy Editor-in-Chief of Science - Technology - Communication Publishing House.

- Mobilize and appoint Mr. Vo Tuan Hai to hold the position of Deputy Director of Science - Technology - Communication Publishing House.

In addition, decisions to appoint other leadership positions were also announced:

- Appoint Mr. Nguyen Van Thuat to hold the position of Deputy Director of the Department of Digital Economy and Society.

- Mobilize and appoint Mr. Do Quy Vu to hold the position of Deputy Director of the National Intellectual Property Institute.

- Appoint Mr. Phan Viet Cuong to hold the position of Deputy Director of Vietnam Atomic Energy Institute.

- Mobilize and appoint Mr. Ho Duc Thang to hold the position of Director of the National Institute of Digital Technology and Digital Transformation.

Speaking at the ceremony, the officials who received the decision expressed their honor and gratitude for the trust from the Party Committee and the Ministry's leaders, and pledged to do their best to fulfill their assigned tasks, contributing to the overall development of the Ministry of Science and Technology.

Speaking at the ceremony, Minister Nguyen Manh Hung congratulated and assigned tasks to the officials. The Minister emphasized that in the context of science, technology and digital transformation taking place strongly, changing, committing and facing challenges is the path to maturity.

The Minister believes that the newly appointed officials will develop their capacity, unleash their potential for innovation and creativity, contribute to the development of their units and successfully complete the set goals.
