LDG Investment Joint Stock Company (LDG) has just announced information to shareholders and customers about the content of the Dong Nai Provincial People's Court's verdict, related to the Tan Thinh Residential Area Project (Doi 61 Commune, Trang Bom District).

According to LDG, on April 28, the People's Court of Dong Nai Province announced the verdict on the case related to the Tan Thinh Residential Area Project. Accordingly, LDG is responsible for refunding all money collected from customers. The refund of money collected from customers during the execution phase can be made according to the agreement between the customer and the company.

At the trial, the majority of customers wanted to continue receiving houses at the project, hoping that state agencies would create conditions for LDG to complete legal procedures and continue handing over the houses.

LDG affirmed that it will urgently work with the authorities to complete legal procedures as soon as possible so that the company can continue implementing the project. For customers who want to continue receiving houses at the project, LDG will negotiate to keep the contract value unchanged. When all legal conditions are met, the company will sign a sales contract and hand over the house to the customer.

For customers who want to get their money back, LDG will accept the request and resolve it in accordance with the provisions of the judgment. LDG commits to making the best effort to ensure the rights of the parties involved....

According to the verdict, LDG Company must return the entire amount collected from customers, which is more than 500 billion VND.

LDG said that at the time of the violation, the project had completed the transfer of land use rights to households. The project had been approved for investment policy, approved for land use change, approved for 1/500 planning, environmental impact assessment report...

To date, LDG has signed contracts in principle with 359 customers. Of these, more than 320 customers have requested the authorities to facilitate the company to complete the handover of houses.
