Pursuant to Clause 2, Article 46 of Decree No. 98/2023/ND-CP dated December 31, 2023 of the Government detailing a number of articles of the Law on Emulation and Commendation, the Standing Committee of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front consults the People on the proposal to award the "Third Class Labor Medal" to the Vietnam Association of Former Teachers.
