Implementing the Plan of the People's Committee of Trieu Son district on organizing to collect voters' opinions and approve the People's Councils at commune and district levels to approve the policy of arranging commune-level administrative units in the period of 2023 - 2025 of the district, on June 1, Tho Phu, Tho Vuc, Xuan Loc, Xuan Thinh communes held a conference to collect voters' opinions on the merger of Tho Vuc commune into Tho Phu commune, Xuan Thinh commune into Xuan Loc commune.

In 4 communes, groups have been established to distribute ballots to collect voters' opinions in the villages, and at the same time, organize training and guidance for members on the content and regulations on collecting voters' opinions in the merger of Tho Vuc commune into Tho Phu commune, Xuan Thinh commune into Xuan Loc commune.

Identifying that collecting voters' opinions is an important step in the roadmap for implementing administrative unit arrangement, in recent times, Trieu Son district and the communes of Xuan Loc, Xuan Thinh, Tho Phu, Tho Vuc have promoted propaganda and mobilization work so that people can grasp the roadmap and implementation steps. The organization of collecting voters' opinions on the implementation of commune mergers was organized publicly, transparently and democratically, in accordance with regulations, respecting the right to ownership and the opinions and aspirations of the people.
