- On April 14, Comrade Duong Xuan Huyen, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Head of Inspection Team No. 2 of the Provincial People's Committee inspected the implementation of the socio-economic development plan, state budget estimates, implementation of the economic growth scenario for 2025 and national target programs in Dinh Lap district.
According to the report, implementing the decision of the Provincial People's Committee on assigning socio-economic development plan targets for 2025, the People's Committee of Dinh Lap district has decided to assign budget targets and estimates to units for implementation. At the same time, the People's Committee of Dinh Lap district has also adjusted the growth target, striving for the growth rate of some key economic sectors of the district from 9% to 14%. Of which, the agriculture, forestry and fishery sector is adjusted to increase from 8% to 12.48%; the industry sector is adjusted to increase from 7% to 14.14%; the construction sector is adjusted to increase from 6% to 24.18%; the service sector is adjusted to decrease from 9% to 7.35%.
As a result, in the first quarter of 2025, agricultural and forestry production in Dinh Lap district was implemented according to the set plan; budget revenue was 32.8 billion VND, reaching 48.7% of the provincial estimate; disbursement of public investment capital reached 23% of the assigned capital plan.
The progress of implementing 3 national target programs has been accelerated. In the first quarter of 2025, the District People's Committee disbursed 17.8/71.6 billion VND, equivalent to 30% of the assigned capital plan.
Site clearance and new rural construction work were effectively implemented by agencies and units according to plan; cultural and social security fields were promptly implemented; security and national defense were ensured.
Discussing at the inspection session, representatives of departments and branches requested the People's Committee of Dinh Lap district to review the allocation of public investment capital, deploy the construction progress of infrastructure works serving people's lives, disburse public investment capital; review the beneficiaries of the program to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses; focus on forest fire prevention and fighting; speed up the disbursement of capital to support overcoming the consequences of storm No. 3 in 2024; speed up the clearance of Dinh Lap industrial cluster; focus on developing the forest product processing sector...
The petitions have been received, explained and clarified by the leaders of the District People's Committee and relevant departments of the district.
Concluding the inspection session, the Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee acknowledged the achievements of Dinh Lap district in the first quarter of 2025.
Regarding the tasks in the coming time, the Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested the People's Committee of Dinh Lap district to review economic development indicators; allocate and disburse public investment capital; continue to speed up the progress of site clearance for projects, construction of traffic and irrigation infrastructure works associated with new rural construction.
Regarding the fields of culture, sports and tourism, the Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested the District People's Committee to pay attention to promoting sustainable forestry development; research to promote tourism development; continue to effectively implement policies to ensure social security; proactively deploy programs to develop science and technology, digital transformation, and innovation; ensure security and order in inland and border areas; promote propaganda work on administrative unit arrangement, streamlining the apparatus for effective and efficient operation to all classes of people, cadres, party members, etc.
