Lam Dong determined to materialize the "four pillars" into life

One of the consistent directives emphasized is the development of the private economic sector - one of the four "pillars" clearly identified from the Central's directive. These are breakthroughs in science and technology development, innovation and digital transformation; international integration in the new situation; innovation in law making and enforcement; and private economic development. These are considered the "four pillars" to promote rapid and sustainable development in the new term.

Attending and giving a speech at the 1st Congress, term 2025-2030 of the Don Duong Commune Party Committee, Politburo member, Permanent Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Hoa Binh requested the locality to closely follow the new contents, especially the major viewpoints and orientations in the draft documents submitted to the 14th National Congress of the Party, the "four pillars" resolutions (Resolution 57-NQ/TW on breakthroughs in science and technology development, innovation and digital transformation; Resolution 59-NQ/TW on international integration in the new situation; Resolution 66-NQ/TW on innovation in law making and enforcement; Resolution 68-NQ/TW on private economic development) and the practical situation of the locality to set out key goals, tasks, breakthroughs and specific targets and tasks in the term 2025-2030, bringing Don Duong commune into a new era, an era national rise

Directing at many congresses, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and members of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee clearly conveyed the spirit of action, emphasizing the requirement that each locality must proactively concretize the "four pillars" of the resolution into practical conditions; clearly identify breakthroughs and key tasks according to the motto "6 clear" (clear people, clear work, clear goals, clear roadmap, clear resources and clear results).

Speaking at the Party Congress of Xuan Huong Ward - Da Lat, Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the National Assembly Delegation of Lam Dong Province Y Thanh Ha Nie Kdam emphasized: "The ward specifies in the congress documents to effectively organize and implement the "four pillars" identified by the Central Government including: breakthrough in science and technology development, innovation and national digital transformation; international integration in the new situation; innovation in law making and enforcement; development of the private economy".

Attending and directing the Phu Quy Special Zone Party Congress, Provincial Party Secretary Y Thanh Ha Nie Kdam emphasized the new development drivers for the special zone, especially science and technology, innovation, digital transformation and high-quality human resource development. According to the Provincial Party Secretary, through monitoring recent practices, with its advantages, potential and beauty, Phu Quy has attracted a significant number of young citizens from large cities to live, start creative businesses, as well as work remotely in many fields. "The special zone needs to pay attention, create conditions, ensure infrastructure and make good use of this human resource, catch up with the new development trends of the island areas, promote the spirit of innovation and creativity of the whole special zone", requested comrade Y Thanh Ha Nie Kdam.

Practices in many communes and wards show that the private economy is a dynamic and creative sector, playing an important role in creating jobs, improving labor productivity and promoting growth. Therefore, building appropriate mechanisms and policies to support the development of the private economy is a key task in this term.

In addition, the Party congress documents of localities also determined to promote internal administrative reforms within the Party, along with building digital government, improving the operational efficiency of public administrative service centers in the direction of "not causing trouble, not causing congestion, best serving people and businesses".

Localities have set goals, breakthrough solutions, key tasks, and specific actions to improve the business investment environment, encourage start-up models, apply science and technology to production and business, and promote economic restructuring towards modernity and efficiency. Strongly implementing comprehensive digital transformation and the "Digital Literacy for All" movement are also clearly defined in many documents of grassroots congresses.

The completion of the congresses held simultaneously in 124 communes, wards and special zones has affirmed the effectiveness of the leadership and direction of the Provincial Party Committee, the initiative, creativity and seriousness from the grassroots. From this initial success, the requirement is that each Party Committee must quickly concretize the congress resolution into a practical action program, creating clear changes right from the beginning of the term.
