According to Booking.com, the 13th Traveller Review Awards honored more than 1.71 million travel partners worldwide, including 1,711,539 accommodation establishments, 1,329 car rental companies and 124 taxi service providers. This is a record milestone, up 16% from the previous year.

Kien Giang is on the list of the world's friendliest destinations thanks to its excellent tourism services, attracting visitors from its breathtaking natural landscapes, pristine beaches, lush mangrove forests to the famous Phu Quoc pearl island with unique cultural experiences, delicious cuisine and sincere hospitality.

Vietnam also recorded significant progress with 13,003 award-winning partners, of which 6,502 were in the “Homestay” category, reflecting the trend of personalized travel and authentic experiences. To qualify for the Traveller Review Awards 2025, accommodation partners need an average score of 8.0/10 with at least 3 reviews (as of 30 November 2024); car rental companies require a score of 8.0/10 or higher with at least 10 reviews (as of 31 October 2024); taxi operators must score 4.6/5 and complete at least 2,000 trips (as of 30 November 2024).
