The delegation inspected the results of the dissemination and implementation of leadership and direction documents of the Central Committee, the Central Military Commission, the Ministry of National Defense , and Military Region 9 on the merger and reorganization of provincial military commands, the establishment of regional defense commands, special zones, and the Border Guard; the results of the development and adjustment of the document system; the development and adjustment of training programs, plans, schedules, and lesson plans; the determination of content and organization of training methods for subjects; the results of the organization and staffing consolidation; the work of military mobilization, national defense and security education for militia and self-defense forces after the reorganization of local military organizations, etc.

At the same time, request to handle a specific situation during the peak duty period to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the successful August Revolution (August 19, 1945 - August 19, 2025) and National Day September 2.

In the coming time, he requested units and localities to continue to thoroughly grasp, deploy, and strictly implement directives and plans from superiors; directives and instructions from sectors on combat readiness work. Strictly maintain discipline and combat readiness regime, strengthen inspection, control, and guarding to ensure absolute safety for agencies, units, and military areas. Review, adjust, and promptly supplement combat readiness plans and options in accordance with the actual situation; grasp the ideological situation of officers and soldiers under their authority; ensure full and public disclosure of regimes, standards, and strict management of weapons and technical equipment, etc.
