On the morning of August 21, at the Vinh Loc District Political Center, Vinh Loc District Party Committee coordinated with Thanh Hoa Provincial Political School to organize the opening ceremony of a training course for cadres to be planned for the Party Executive Committee and key leadership positions of Vinh Loc district for the 2025-2030 term.

The training course was held from August 21 to September 5, 2024. During this time, the trainees were taught 16 topics by the leaders of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department and lecturers of the Provincial Political School, such as: Developing the thinking and vision of leaders and managers at the district level in Thanh Hoa province today; Innovating the Party's leadership and governance methods to ensure Party building and a streamlined, effective and efficient political system. In addition to the above topics, students will be organized to go on field trips and learn from experiences to learn and grasp the socio-economic development situation, national security and defense, issues of rural agricultural development, and new rural construction. At the end of the training course, students will participate in writing a report to evaluate their learning outcomes.

The training course aims to equip, update and improve theoretical knowledge, build vision, strategic thinking and train and improve ethics, style, public service responsibility and basic skills of leaders and managers in the district.
