Opening of Chinese language training class in Hoanh Mo commune

Implementing the Project “National Program on Foreign Language Learning for Officials, Civil Servants and Public Employees in the 2019-2030 Period” and learning ethnic minority languages, the Border Guard Station at Hoanh Mo Border Gate opened a Chinese language training class. The Chinese communication class is expected to last 3 months (from August 20 to November 20), the class will study every Saturday and Sunday evening.

During the course, students will be trained in basic knowledge, mastering the Chinese language system, basic communication vocabulary and sentence patterns for professional work, foreign affairs, border trade communication, border gate procedures, specialized vocabulary, integrating listening - speaking - reading - writing skills; focusing on practicing communication reflexes and listening comprehension skills with basic communication sentence patterns in various fields, thereby helping students to be able to use Chinese to serve the requirements of foreign affairs work.

The training program aims to improve foreign language proficiency, especially Chinese, for cadres, soldiers, civil servants, public employees, union members, youth and people in Hoanh Mo commune; contributing to meeting the requirements of work, communication, study and integration tasks. At the same time, it enhances communication skills, information exchange, cultural and social exchanges, promotes economic cooperation between localities on both sides of the border; contributing to improving the effectiveness of people-to-people diplomacy and firmly protecting national border security and sovereignty .
