According to the report, the results and progress of the implementation of building Thach Ha district to meet the standards of an advanced new-style rural district, up to now, the locality has achieved 3/9 criteria, including: irrigation and natural disaster prevention, electricity, economy; 6 criteria have not been achieved.

At the meeting, leaders of Thach Ha district also pointed out some difficulties and problems; at the same time, proposed the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development to support and guide the implementation of criteria of the responsible sector for communes meeting advanced NTM standards, model NTM standards; and districts meeting advanced NTM standards.

Accordingly, some difficult-to-achieve indicators for communes that meet advanced NTM standards and model NTM standards include: organizing production and developing rural economy, environment, production models, and growing area codes; supporting the construction of pilot models of new rural communes and smart villages; building OCOP products, applying digital transformation to trace the origin of key products, multi-value models, promoting the image of the commune's tourist attractions through internet applications, social networks, etc.

To achieve the advanced NTM standards in 2024, the district needs to focus on drastic direction; organize the review and evaluation of contents and criteria for communes that have achieved the NTM standards, advanced NTM standards, model NTM standards, and model NTM residential areas according to the regulations of the sets of criteria for the period 2022-2025; coordinate with relevant departments and branches to implement according to the set roadmap and plan; develop a detailed implementation plan framework; have feasible solutions for difficult contents.

Units under the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development continue to pay attention to supporting, helping, and removing difficulties and obstacles, especially those related to clean water, and providing guidance on building practical, effective, and sustainable dossiers so that Thach Ha district can meet advanced NTM standards by 2024.
