On the afternoon of August 25, the Provincial People's Committee held the closing ceremony of the "Skillful Mass Mobilization" Contest for administrative agencies under the Provincial People's Committee in 2023. Attending the closing ceremony was comrade Nguyen Tuan Ha, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Head of the Contest Organizing Committee.

According to the Organizing Committee, the 19 teams participating in the Competition have invested and prepared carefully and seriously. The contestants have promoted the spirit of exchange, learning, and sharing experiences on methods, skills, and ability to handle situations in performing professional tasks, mobilizing the masses, and contacting and dialogue with the people.

Through three parts of greeting, knowledge and skit, the teams concretized the content of awareness and actions of State administrative agencies and staff, civil servants and public employees on mass mobilization work.

The greeting contest created an exciting atmosphere with singing, dancing, poetry recitation, short skits, and special scenes.

In the knowledge test, the candidates also showed confidence, answered accurately, mastered the content of the Party's viewpoints, policies, and guidelines, the State's legal policies, and Ho Chi Minh's thoughts on mass mobilization, ethnicity, religion, and implementing grassroots democracy regulations...; at the same time, applied this knowledge to handle well the mass mobilization situations set by the Organizing Committee.

Especially in the skit competition, the teams created diverse script content on topics and fields related to the specific tasks of each agency and unit; the way of expression was rich in emotions and attractive.

Thereby highlighting good and creative ways of doing things, affirming the important role of mass mobilization work in implementing all tasks, creating a close connection between cadres and the people.

The Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism team won first prize in the contest.

After two days of exciting competition, the team of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism won first prize. The team of the Department of Home Affairs and the team of the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development both won second prize. Third prize went to the teams: Provincial Inspectorate; Ethnic Minorities Committee; Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs.

The Organizing Committee also awarded 5 consolation prizes to the following teams: Department of Justice, Department of Transport, Department of Education and Training, Provincial People's Committee Office, Department of Science and Technology. The Department of Health team was awarded the style prize. The greeting competition of the Department of Foreign Affairs team was awarded the most impressive prize. The skit "Big story in small alley" of the Department of Information and Communications team won the most impressive skit prize of the contest.
