To celebrate International Women's Day (March 8) and the founding of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union (March 26), on the afternoon of March 7, the Provincial Police organized a flower arrangement contest; performing People's Police uniforms and traditional Ao Dai.

Participating in the competition were 20 teams representing women's associations and youth unions of police units in the province.

In the flower arrangement competition, each team sent 3 members to participate in 2 contents: flower arrangement and presentation of ideas and messages conveyed through flower works. With the spirit of solidarity, creativity and ingenuity, the teams brought many unique and special works with high artistic value; impressive presentations related to the themes of family, homeland, country, aspirations of life, praising the qualities of Vietnamese women and especially praising the image of the People's Public Security soldier.

In the performance of People's Public Security uniforms and traditional Ao Dai with the theme "Young people and women of Ninh Binh Public Security - Pride of a country", each team sent 2 representatives: Men in People's Public Security uniforms and women in traditional Ao Dai. The uniforms of the People's Public Security force and the colorful, sophisticatedly designed traditional Ao Dai performed by the members and women of Ninh Binh Public Security conveyed meaningful messages, arousing national pride, responsibility to preserve and promote the cultural value of Vietnamese Ao Dai as well as affirming the position, role and responsibility of the Public Security soldiers on the front line of ensuring national security, maintaining order and social safety.

Through the contest, we aim to arouse and promote the tradition of solidarity, the spirit of initiative and creativity of the youth and women of the Provincial Police, at the same time showing the attention of the Party Committee, leaders and commanders at all levels in the Provincial Police, creating an environment and a useful playground for union members, youth and women to practice, contribute and mature.

In the flower arrangement and costume performance competition, the Organizing Committee awarded 1 first prize, 2 second prizes, 3 third prizes and 5 consolation prizes to the teams with excellent achievements.
