Since 5am this morning (August 23), Ms. Cao Thi Van in village 5, Quynh Luu commune, and her daughter Nguyen Ngoc Kha Vy, just over 20 months old, took a bus from her hometown to Ho Chi Minh Square. She was also accompanied by a professional photographer to help the mother and daughter take a series of photos as a souvenir for this special occasion.
