Specifically, examining and treating patients without a certificate to practice medical examination and treatment. Providing medical examination and treatment services without a license to practice medical examination and treatment. Practicing pharmacy without a pharmacy practice certificate. Selling drugs without a certificate of eligibility to do pharmaceutical business.

Market Management Team No. 1 has prepared a dossier and submitted it to the competent authority to issue a Decision on administrative sanctions against the JW Beauty Service Business Household for the above 4 violations with a fine of 137.5 million VND, forcing them to return the illegal profits gained from committing the administrative violations with a fine of 10.55 million VND. The total amount of administrative sanctions and illegal profits collected is 148.05 million VND.

At the same time, suspend the operation of the facility for a period of 24 months.
