Coach Troussier created conditions for these two players to play in the friendly match with Hai Phong Club (evening of June 17) but their performance did not convince the French strategist.

Xuan Manh entered the field in the second half of the match against Hong Kong. He was arranged by coach Troussier to play as a central midfielder. The Vietnamese team will travel to Nam Dinh today, May 18. The team will have two training sessions before entering a friendly match with the Syrian team at Thien Truong Stadium on June 20.
