Hau Giang Provincial Party Secretary Nghiem Xuan Thanh has just signed and issued Program No. 274-CTr/TU of the Provincial Party Executive Committee to implement the Hau Giang Provincial Planning for the period 2021 - 2030, with a vision to 2050, with the viewpoint of fully and comprehensively implementing it in all levels of Party committees, authorities, Fatherland Front Committees, and socio-political organizations to unify awareness and action; mobilize the synchronous participation of the entire political system and people in the province to seriously, comprehensively and comprehensively implement the Provincial Planning and the Provincial Planning Implementation Plan, which is an important factor to achieve the goal of rapid, sustainable, comprehensive and inclusive development.

To ensure comprehensive completion of the objectives according to the Plan, Hau Giang Provincial Party Committee sets out 3 main groups of tasks and solutions.

Firstly, propaganda to raise awareness and responsibility of Party committees, Party organizations, authorities, Fatherland Front, socio-political organizations and people in implementing the Provincial Planning.

Second, organize the implementation of the Provincial Planning to ensure the comprehensive completion of the set goals, targets and tasks.

Accordingly, lead and direct the concretization of the Provincial Planning, the Plan for implementing the Provincial Planning and the Program of the Provincial Party Executive Committee. Develop the plan of the Provincial People's Committee in a synchronous, comprehensive, focused and key direction, closely following the practical situation of the province; promptly update new policies and guidelines of the Central Government; promptly adjust, supplement and amend in accordance with reality, major, newly arising, complicated and sensitive issues in the implementation process.

Research, develop and promulgate under authority or submit to competent authorities for promulgation mechanisms and policies to promote the development of the province's dynamic regions and regional linkages, and develop the four economic pillars of the province as defined in Resolution No. 04-NQ/TU dated November 26, 2021 of the Provincial Party Committee on industrial, agricultural, urban and tourism development of Hau Giang province for the period 2021 - 2025 and the following years.

Develop mechanisms and policies to attract investment, develop enterprises and cooperatives in a preferential and competitive manner compared to other localities in accordance with current regulations, creating a legal corridor to maximize the potential and advantages of the province in implementing the Provincial Planning. Complete mechanisms and policies associated with strict and effective law enforcement.

Concentrate resources to promptly and effectively implement projects and works identified in the Provincial Planning. Allocate resources with focus and key points, clarify effectiveness, spread, change situations, and change status.

Innovate the growth model towards increasing the application of science, technology, digital technology, and innovation. Promote the restructuring of economic sectors, towards taking agriculture as the mainstay, industry as the breakthrough pillar of development, services and tourism as the driving force for development, improving the living standards and income of people in the province.

Implement solutions to diversify capital mobilization channels to implement the Provincial Planning; promote the leading role of public investment capital to activate, mobilize, and attract all social resources; mobilize resources for development investment based on the potential, advantages, and specific mechanisms and policies of the province; promote industrial land funds in attracting investment, increasing state budget revenue, developing the economy - society, ensuring security and national defense.

Focus on improving the quality and effective use of human resources. Build a team of civil servants, public employees and workers to meet the requirements of the tasks of implementing the Provincial Planning.

Third, strengthen the inspection and supervision of Party committees at all levels over the government, agencies and units in implementing the Provincial Planning.
