Six days after the historic floods, travel on National Highway 7A through Con Cuong, Chau Khe, and Tuong Duong communes is still very difficult. However, with the tradition of solidarity, sharing, and helping each other in times of trouble, people in villages and hamlets that were less flooded volunteered to go on the road, bringing with them dredging tools, washing mud and soil, and cleaning their houses, to help localities that suffered more severe damage.
