The Provincial People's Committee has just issued a document agreeing to organize an art program and fireworks display to celebrate the 80th Anniversary of National Day, September 2.

Accordingly, the art program is scheduled to take place from 7:45 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. on September 2, 2025, at Thanh Sen Square, Thanh Sen Ward, followed by a high-altitude fireworks display.
Fireworks are scheduled to start at 9:00 p.m. on September 2, 2025, and will last no more than 15 minutes.
The Provincial People's Committee assigned the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism to preside over and coordinate with the People's Committee of Thanh Sen Ward, Ha Tinh Newspaper and related units to organize the Art Program at Thanh Sen Square to ensure quality content, solemnity, meaning, creating a joyful and exciting atmosphere on the occasion of the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.
At the same time, continue to carry out the tasks assigned by the Provincial People's Committee in Plan No. 418/KH-UBND dated July 30, 2025 and Document No. 5474/UBND-VX3 dated July 29, 2025 on presiding over and coordinating with Ha Tinh Newspaper and related units and localities in the province to promote propaganda work on mass media, grassroots information systems, social networks... about the great historical significance of National Day, the achievements of the country over the past 80 years to arouse national pride, patriotism, and commemorate the contributions of President Ho Chi Minh and predecessors in the cause of fighting for national independence and building the country.
The Provincial Military Command shall preside over and coordinate with the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism to purchase fireworks, organize transportation, storage and fireworks launch in accordance with regulations, ensuring savings and absolute safety for people and property during the transportation, storage and fireworks launch process...
Implementing the direction of the Central Government, up to now, Ha Tinh has prepared the necessary conditions to join the whole country in organizing the National Achievements Exhibition on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (September 2, 1945 - September 2, 2025) in Hanoi.
The exhibition will take place from August 28 to September 5, 2025, at the National Exhibition and Fair Center (Hanoi).
Ha Tinh's Exhibition Space has an area of 272m2 and is designed into 3 prominent sub-areas, including: 80-year journey of fighting - building - integrating (overviewing the revolutionary history, the role of Ha Tinh in the 2 resistance wars and the development process after peace); socio-economic achievements in the renovation period (introducing the province's outstanding achievements in the fields of economy, foreign affairs, social security, national defense and security, education and training, science and technology, culture and tourism); Ha Tinh reaching out to the world - Aspiration for sustainable development (demonstrating the strategic vision, development goals until 2030, vision 2045, with the orientation of building Ha Tinh into a fairly developed province of the country).
The highlight of the exhibition booth is the harmonious combination of tradition and modernity. Precious artifacts and images of the revolutionary war, of major works and projects of the renovation period are arranged interspersed with multimedia products, clips introducing achievements, 3D models, creating a space that is both rich in history and full of the breath of the times.
