Thereby, improving service quality, bringing customers new experiences with a variety of services, increasing the speed of non-cash payments, enhancing safety and security of services, increasing customer experience and satisfaction. Agribank Bac Thanh Hoa also focuses on training, retraining, improving the quality of human resources, helping staff and employees, especially union members and young people, to be pioneers in improving their digital capacity and supporting the community. With the slogan "Northern Thanh Hoa Youth Pioneers in Digital Transformation", the Youth Union of the unit has implemented many activities to support people in applying digital technology in collecting and paying money at stores. Accordingly, responding to the general movement of the unit, the Youth Union has launched a campaign for youth union members to actively apply technology in professional activities, ensuring that 100% of union members participate in using and proficiently using Agribank's cashless services; mobilizing family, relatives, and customers to use electronic banking products and services. In addition, the Youth Union members also implemented a program to open free beautiful account numbers, register and support the installation of modern and convenient digital banking products and services. Within the framework of the program, Agribank Northern Thanh Hoa gave away free QR Codes to customers. Thereby strengthening digital transformation and cashless payments in the area.

In addition, the youth of Agribank Bac Thanh Hoa also organized many practical activities to help people experience digital banking booths such as: Registering information, biometrics, opening payment deposit accounts, registering for electronic banking services at the Agribank Digital booth; consulting, answering questions related to Agribank E-Mobilebanking, consulting on preferential loan programs that Agribank is implementing; opening accounts, issuing Loc Viet cards and using other products and services of Agribank; giving away free VietQr code keychains. Along with that, the Youth Union of Agribank Bac Thanh Hoa also advised the Board of Directors to direct the application of information technology in professional activities, remote monitoring, towards modern technology management and effective application in performing professional tasks, contributing to increasing labor productivity of staff and business performance of the unit.
