The entire unit strictly maintains the on-duty system at all levels, operates the radio stations and radar stations according to the plan; detects and closely monitors all types of low-altitude sea and air targets, promptly reports to the command headquarters at all levels according to regulations, contributing to ensuring absolute safety in the assigned sea area; coordinates target observation for training missions, drills, and practice of search and rescue plans at sea.

Focus on implementing the breakthrough " Building discipline and managing troops; tightening discipline and order, creating a solid change in compliance with State laws, military discipline and ensuring safety". Discipline training and building a regular order are carried out voluntarily, creating a strong change in building a comprehensively strong, exemplary and typical unit; agencies and units are unified in will and action, synchronously and resolutely deploying many measures in performing tasks.

Regarding the tasks for the last 6 months of 2024, the Party Committee of Regiment 451 requires units to maintain and strictly maintain radar observation activities, ensuring absolute safety in the assigned sea area; excellently completing drills; improving training quality, focusing on training in exploiting and mastering weapons and technical equipment; practicing and participating in competitions and sports events to achieve high results.

Focus on training and educating party members and the masses to overcome difficulties in the conditions of radar stations being stationed in scattered mountainous terrain, remote islands, and harsh climate conditions; political and ideological education for officers and soldiers in promoting the tradition of "60 years of winning the first battle of the Vietnam People's Navy" to successfully carry out the political tasks of the unit. The regiment continues to maintain strict discipline, ensure absolute safety in all activities; actively practice and master plans, be ready to direct targets and participate in rescue and relief in seas and islands in the region.
