To reduce the poverty rate and improve people's lives, the Party Committee and the commune government direct the transformation of crop and livestock structures; regularly encourage, motivate and support people to promote the application of scientific and technological advances in production, business and multi-industry development. The commune focuses on helping poor households access and borrow preferential credit capital to develop production; promote labor export consulting, propagate and disseminate support policies from superiors, the needs of companies recruiting workers to work abroad are promptly notified to each residential area, creating conditions for people to access preferential loans for labor export.

The commune actively directs the completion of production plans, does a good job of irrigation, natural disaster prevention, and disease control on crops and livestock; is determined in integrating and effectively using state budget capital sources, actively implementing socialization in building advanced new rural areas, speeding up the construction progress of projects and construction works; creates favorable conditions for people and businesses to stabilize and develop production and business; ensures security, social order and safety; effectively implements policies for people with meritorious services, job creation, poverty reduction and social security... Focuses all resources, improves the effectiveness of support programs, helps poor households, near-poor households, and newly escaped-poverty households overcome difficulties and strive to escape poverty sustainably.

In addition, the Industrial Clusters: Dong Lang, Tu Da - An Dao have many companies and enterprises registered for production and business activities, creating jobs for hundreds of local workers, contributing to the shift of labor structure from agriculture and rural areas to industrial labor, contributing to sustainable socio-economic development in the area.

Thanks to the synchronous implementation of solutions, up to now, the material and spiritual life of people in the commune has been increasingly improved, the rural appearance is increasingly prosperous. Currently, in the commune, there are 474 households producing and doing business in fields such as mechanics, welding, aluminum and glass processing, carpentry, auto and motorbike repair, restaurants, motels, eateries, groceries, garments, packaging, forestry varieties, ornamental plants, etc., bringing in a good income for people. In the first 8 months of 2024 alone, the average income per capita reached 64 million VND, the rate of trained and vocationally transferred workers reached 97.9%, the rate of poor households was 0.9%, and near-poor households was 0.75%... The commune is moving towards building an advanced new rural commune.
