The location, boundary, and area of ​​the land are determined in the Boundary Drawing, boundary markers, and project planning location at a scale of 1/500 prepared by Vietnam Construction Consulting Corporation - JSC in 2024, confirmed by the People's Committee of Dong Anh district with Document No. 3134/UBND-QLDT dated November 8, 2024; The field boundary marker determination was handed over by the Department of Natural Resources and Environment on August 15, 2016.

The form of land use is that the State allocates land without collecting land use fees. The land use term is long-term.

The Traffic Police Department (Ministry of Public Security) is responsible for contacting the Ministry of Public Security to approve the investment policy for the project to build the Traffic Police Department headquarters in Nguyen Khe commune, Dong Anh district; approve the appraisal results of the Environmental Impact Assessment Report for the project according to regulations. Contact the Department of Natural Resources and Environment to receive land handover on site and issue the Certificate of land use rights and ownership of other assets attached to the land according to regulations. Be responsible for constructing works according to approved investment projects and planning and ensure compliance with current legal regulations on planning, public investment, construction, land and other relevant regulations. Use land for the right purpose, boundary, area; implement investment projects, accept and hand over works for use according to regulations.

The Department of Natural Resources and Environment is responsible for handing over land on site; granting Certificates of land use rights and ownership of other assets attached to land to the Traffic Police Department (Ministry of Public Security) according to regulations.

Hanoi Land Registration Office updates land use rights registration, performs change registration procedures, and corrects land changes in cadastral records according to regulations.
