The location and boundaries of the land plot limited by markers from T1 to T12, T1 are determined in the Master Plan of Land Use QH03 at a scale of 1/500, prepared by Vietnam Agricultural Academy Development and Service Investment Company Limited in 2022, approved by Thuong Tin District People's Committee with Decision No. 3165/QD-UBND dated June 23, 2022 and the Diagram attached to the Coordinate Positioning Map dated June 7, 2023 of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment.

In the total area of ​​19,727.5m2 of land, there are 11,066.7m2 of residential land in plots with symbols OM.08, OM.09, OM.10, OM.11, OM.12, OM.13, OM.14, OM.15, OM.16 for auction of land use rights according to regulations.

Form of land allocation: for the People's Committee of Thuong Tin district, land allocation does not collect land use fees. For organizations that win the land use rights auction, the State allocates land with land use fees.

Land use period is according to the investment project implementation period as prescribed. Home buyers with land use rights are entitled to use 8,660.8 m2 of green land and traffic land stably and permanently, and to build technical infrastructure. The form of land allocation is that the State allocates land without collecting land use fees; Land use period is long-term. Thuong Tin District People's Committee invests in building technical infrastructure in sync with the general infrastructure of the area. Land allocation method: land allocation without auctioning land use rights, without bidding to select investors to implement projects using land.
