The project "Research, design, and addition of equipment to increase Javen production capacity to 100,000 tons/year" invested by Viet Tri Chemical Joint Stock Company was implemented from October 2024. The project is worth nearly 13 billion VND. After 5 months of construction, the project was completed and officially put into use, contributing to improving the quality of the Company's Javen JLS product to the same quality as Powell Javen from the US. The product has a lower salt content and residual caustic soda content than traditional Javen products, so the stability of active chlorine is longer.

The design and installation of Javen production capacity to increase to 100,000 tons/year meets market demand to balance chlorine in caustic soda production. Javen JLS production technology with salt recovery (NaCL) recirculated back to caustic soda production meets the criteria in the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress affirming the policy of "Building a green economy, a circular economy, friendly to the environment. The project has saved the cost of caustic soda-chlorine production line from the salt recovery value of over 13 billion VND/year and saved nearly 11 billion VND in caustic soda raw materials/year because the Javen JLS production line reduces caustic soda consumption during the production process.
