Vo Minh Tam
Vo Minh Tam is listening to the delivery of decisions.
At around 5:00 a.m. on February 27, Vo Minh Tam went to Le Hoang Phu's house (Tam's friend) to play. Not seeing Phu at home, Tam had the idea of stealing property. Tam opened the cabinet and took a gold bracelet, weighing about 1.1 taels (worth about 5.8 million VND), and brought it home to hide. Discovering the theft, Phu went to the commune police to report it. Using professional measures, the police force identified Vo Minh Tam as the subject who committed the above theft.
During his time at the police station, Vo Minh Tam admitted his crime and handed over the stolen property to the police. The case is still under investigation.
