Previously, on June 14, 2022, EVNSPC and ACB also signed an Agreement to strengthen cooperation, support, and develop together in a long-term and sustainable manner, aiming to become each other's strategic partners in the process of operation and development.

Mr. Ngo Tan Long - Deputy General Director of ACB said that since the cooperation was implemented, ACB Bank has provided products and services to serve the production, business and investment and construction activities of EVNSPC. In particular, two main services must be mentioned: providing credit to finance commercial credit loans to implement EVNSPC's investment and construction projects and payment services (collection of electricity bills, payment transfers, etc.).

Regarding the implementation of connection and collection of electricity bills through the ACB Bank system, EVNSPC has supported ACB to connect the electricity bill collection system in the area of ​​17 member Power Companies of EVNSPC, contributing to supporting the collection of electricity bills through the ACB Bank channel, with a cumulative amount of VND 218.3 billion by November 2023.

ACB Bank has also provided EVNSPC units with a total credit amount of VND 1,661.8 billion, including a credit of VND 404 billion to implement construction investment projects of the Southern Power Project Management Board, which will be signed on the same day. The disbursed value in 2023 is VND 353 billion. EVNSPC is continuing to coordinate with ACB to speed up the disbursement progress, ensuring the completion of the disbursement plan for 2023.

Mr. Nguyen Phuoc Duc - General Director of EVNSPC said that in order to facilitate the implementation of loans between EVNSPC's member units and ACB Bank, EVNSPC has reviewed the contents of the Framework Agreement on loan implementation with ACB Bank and organized the signing to apply common terms to units in EVNSPC.

When EVNSPC units borrow capital, they will apply the documents in the Framework Agreement signed by EVNSPC together with the credit contract and asset mortgage contract at the implementing unit. EVNPSC has also approved the sample content with ACB for common application by the unit.

In addition, for legal documents provided to the Bank when making loan applications, implemented throughout the loan process, will be provided once at EVNSPC to the Headquarters of ACB Bank. Units will not re-implement this content at the unit with ACB branch, Mr. Nguyen Phuoc Duc added.

EVNSPC is a unit that manages the distribution grid at voltage level of 110kV or lower and sells electricity to more than 9.3 million customers in 200 districts in 21 provinces and cities in the South. With a large scale, wide area of ​​operation and a large number of customers, cooperation with financial units, banks, and payment organizations to integrate digitalization into the business process and electricity sales will open up many conveniences for customers using electricity.
