Commune X. in District A has been at the bottom of the district in terms of administrative reform index for two consecutive years. Immediately after the results were announced, the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of Commune X held a meeting to review and find solutions to overcome the shortcomings in 2024. But why are other communes in the district doing better than us in the same basic infrastructure conditions?

- I agree with the opinion of the Party Secretary. Even the district's assessment has pointed out some limitations that are due to our own subjective reasons. The simplest is that the posting and publicization of some administrative procedures in the commune is not in accordance with the prescribed form, the fault is that we have not done well. The limited level and capacity of information technology is also due to the fact that the cadres and civil servants of our commune have not been proactive in learning and understanding.

The Party Secretary of the commune continued:

- Frankly speaking, in the past time, I personally and the Party Committee of the commune have not really regularly and resolutely directed the implementation of administrative reform tasks, especially in the field of administrative procedure reform.
