According to the information in the application, the father of the two students (currently in grades 8 and 6 at the school) had a work accident and is being treated in the hospital. Due to the high cost of treatment and the need for a caregiver, the mother of the two students cannot go to work, causing financial difficulties for the family. "I only dare to ask for health insurance card support for the students, and the school will gradually cover other study expenses. However, the results exceeded initial expectations. After less than half a day, many people supported the cost of buying health insurance cards, helping the students with tuition fees this school year," said teacher Ho Tuan Anh.

Previously, two principals in a remote area of ​​Dien Bien province also moved people and received a lot of support and sympathy from the community when they wrote an open letter asking for funds to cook meals for their students because they had to stay at school on weekends...

However, there have been many incidents in which teachers have actively or been assigned to collect and spend money for the school or class from parents' contributions. It is not uncommon for teachers to suggest that parents contribute money outside of the regulations through the parents' representative committee. In many places, the parent fund is collected by the parents' committee, but a large amount is deducted from the teachers' "paying on their behalf" or for the teachers themselves to spend on holidays. These things have a significant impact on the reputation and position of teachers.

Associate Professor Chu Cam Tho (Vietnam Institute of Educational Sciences) shared: "When working with schools on a topic of education quality management and school safety, I discovered that, hidden under the peace of seemingly stable educational activities, there are always "undercurrents", which when analyzed, I feel can create a "tsunami" at any time. The cause comes from daily educational activities that only pay attention to monitoring and managing "teaching on time, teaching on time". Very few schools pay attention to "how to teach", "direct behavior" of each school member, and what the school culture is like".
