Most people want to be resettled in place (old Hiep Hoa ward), but up to now, the land planned for the resettlement area does not have enough legal documents to implement.

In the coming time, the People's Committee of Tran Bien Ward will continue to carry out the tasks of approving resettlement, deciding on land recovery, approving temporary residence fees; organizing mediation for disputed cases, and at the same time mobilizing households to comply with the recovery decision.
