Dong Nai opens 'green channel' to promote land auction progress

Reporting at the meeting, Mr. Mai Phong Phu, Deputy Director in charge of the Provincial Land Fund Development Center, said: According to the 2025 land auction plan of Dong Nai province (old), there are a total of 37 land plots. Up to now, the detailed planning projects of 7/11 land plots subject to detailed planning have been approved.

The Provincial People's Committee has approved the investment policy for the Chua Chan Mountain Ecotourism , Resort and Entertainment Project in Xuan Loc Commune. At the same time, the Provincial People's Committee is reviewing and submitting to the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee for comments to approve the investment policy approval dossier for 2 land plots in Binh An Commune, including: Residential Area Project according to the planning of about 35 hectares and Commercial - Service and Residential Center Project according to the planning of about 77 hectares. In addition, the Department of Finance is appraising the investment policy for 2/11 land plots subject to investment policy preparation.

Regarding the auction plan, the Provincial Land Fund Development Center has issued 23/37 plans, of which 22 have been approved. The valuation unit has issued 16 specific land valuation certificates as starting prices; of these, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee has approved starting prices for 5 land plots.

The Center has also advised the Provincial People's Committee to adjust the 2025 land auction plan to suit the situation after the province's merger, including adding some highly feasible land plots and eliminating land plots with low feasibility or many legal problems.

Provincial Party Committee member and Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Ho Van Ha emphasized: In 2025, the province aims to collect 100 trillion VND in budget revenue, of which the revenue from land auctions strives to be about 21 trillion VND. However, up to now, the progress of detailed planning and approval of investment policies for land plots is still slow, and no land plots have been successfully auctioned.

The leaders of the Provincial People's Committee requested departments, branches, the Provincial Land Fund Development Center and localities to continue to uphold the sense of responsibility, perform well the work of monitoring, urging and coordinating to achieve results in land auction work. At the same time, it is necessary to promote the spirit of working according to the motto "6 clear" (clear people, clear work, clear time, clear results, clear responsibilities, clear authority) and apply the "green channel", processing no more than 24 hours for procedures and coordination documents related to land auction work.

“In the coming time, we need to focus on highly feasible land plots that have interested investors and put them up for auction. For each important land plot, we must build a critical path to carry out the task, ensuring the auction is organized on schedule,” Vice Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee Ho Van Ha directed.
