Implementing the Central Committee's regulations on superior Party committees attending Party activities at grassroots Party cells, on the morning of November 3, comrade Vu Dai Thang, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, attended the regular November meeting of Party Cell 1 (Gieng Day Ward, Ha Long City).

At the meeting, the Party members listened to the Party Cell Secretary thoroughly grasp the directions of the Provincial Party Committee, Ha Long City Party Committee and Ward Party Committee on key directions and solutions in implementing all aspects of work tasks. At the same time, the results of implementing the Party Cell's resolution in October 2024 and key tasks in November 2024 were evaluated.

Ward 1 Party Cell has 133 party members with 7 party cells. In recent times, the Party Cell has promoted its core role, leading the people to unite, be unanimous, and enthusiastically compete in labor production, build a cultural residential area, ensure security, order, and environment, and especially quickly overcome the damage caused by storm No. 3 in the ward.

Through discussion, Party members of Ward 1 highly appreciated the leadership, direction and management of the province, city and ward, helping Quang Ninh province overcome difficulties, especially stabilizing people's lives soon, restoring production and business after storm No. 3; at the same time, they contributed many ideas to implement tasks and solutions in the coming time.

Comrade Vu Dai Thang, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, acknowledged and highly appreciated the results that the Party Cell of Quarter 1, Gieng Day Ward, has achieved in carrying out its tasks. At the same time, he commended the democratic, objective and enthusiastic spirit of the regular Party Cell meeting of the quarter, in which many ideological issues and issues of public concern were raised by Party members at the meeting for discussion and to propose directions for implementation. This needs to continue to be maintained and promoted in Party Cell meetings, thereby demonstrating the pioneering, exemplary and responsible role of each Party member for the development of the quarter in particular and Ha Long City in general.

Regarding the upcoming tasks, the Provincial Party Secretary requested that the Party Cell of Quarter 1, Gieng Day Ward, continue to lead and direct the Party members and people of the quarter to carefully prepare for the National Great Unity Day, which will be held simultaneously in 100% of residential areas in Quang Ninh province on November 10, in conjunction with the 80th Anniversary of the Founding of the Vietnam People's Army and the 35th Anniversary of the National Defense Day, in order to further promote the solidarity between the army and the people, and firmly consolidate the great national unity bloc.

The Provincial Party Secretary also requested the Party Cell of Quarter 1, Gieng Day Ward to actively prepare and deploy contents for the election of village and quarter chiefs for the 2025-2027 term in December, in which the model of Party cell secretary who is also the village, hamlet, and quarter chief will continue to be implemented according to the model of "People trust - Party elects". This is an event of important political significance to promote the people's mastery to select and elect exemplary representatives of the community, leading the implementation of political tasks in the locality.

Informing the Party members of Ward 1 Party Cell about the key tasks that the province is focusing on leading and directing in the last months of 2024, the Provincial Party Secretary emphasized that he will focus on overcoming the consequences of the storm, restoring production and business; promoting investment attraction, administrative reform, determined to ensure the 2024 growth target reaches double digits; actively preparing for Party congresses at all levels, term 2025-2030.

The Provincial Party Secretary hopes that each cadre, party member, and people, including party members of Ward 1 Party Cell, Gieng Day Ward, will continue to promote the spirit of solidarity and make efforts with the locality and the province to successfully carry out the tasks and targets set for 2024 and the entire 2020-2025 term.
