Tay Ninh Young Entrepreneurs Association awarded new member certificates on the occasion of the 2025 spring meeting.

If 50 years ago, generations of young people held guns to protect the Fatherland, today, the Vietnamese business community in general and young Tay Ninh business people in particular are the vanguard force on the economic front. On that front, patriotism is no longer about keeping every inch of land, but about keeping every market share, every supply chain, every Vietnamese brand in the midst of global competition.

That achievement comes from the Party's correct guidelines, from the resilience of the people, especially from the strong rise of the private economic sector, where the spirit of "self-reliance, self-reliance, self-strengthening" converges as Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh once called for: "Do not wait, rely on, do not be subjective, satisfied, but must proactively rise up in all situations".

After more than 20 years of formation and development, the young entrepreneurs of Tay Ninh have gradually grown up, affirmed their important position, and actively contributed to the local socio-economic development. The activities of the Tay Ninh Young Entrepreneurs Association have always received the attention of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Young Entrepreneurs Association, the direction and facilitation of the Provincial Party Committee, the Provincial People's Committee, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Youth Union, the Provincial Committee of the Vietnam Youth Union and the responsible participation of its members.

Mr. Vu Van Diem - Vice President of Tay Ninh Young Entrepreneurs Association said: “Over the past year, the Association has organized monthly and quarterly trade promotion and trade connection programs to support the business development of its members. Through this, members have joined hands to contribute and build the operating fund of the Business Volunteer Club under the Association. The Club has supported many individuals, families in difficult circumstances, and poor students who have overcome difficulties in the province.

The Association established the Startup Investment Club with the aim of supporting young entrepreneurs and young people starting their businesses with favorable conditions in the early stages of business development. The Association successfully organized the Provincial Outstanding Young Entrepreneurs Startup Competition and found many outstanding young entrepreneurs with many startup projects with great development potential.

Recently, the Association has established the Tay Ninh OCOP Club, which is a place for businesses with products certified as OCOP products to meet, exchange and share experiences, aiming to spread Tay Ninh specialties to all parts of the country, including many products that have been exported abroad, to demanding markets such as the US, Japan, Korea, Australia, Europe...

The Young Entrepreneurs Association has created all conditions for members to access and learn new scientific and technological knowledge to improve product quality and profits in production and business. The Executive Committee of the Young Entrepreneurs Association has effectively implemented the campaign "International economic integration" through participation in exhibitions, consumer goods fairs, private economic cooperation forums, international economic cooperation... creating conditions for businesses and members to have the opportunity to exchange, share, learn experiences, introduce businesses, promote brands domestically and internationally.

Vice President of Tay Ninh Young Entrepreneurs Association Vu Van Diem said that in the coming time, the Association will increase trade promotion activities inside and outside the province, aiming to increase the development of members in both quality and quantity. In the most recent Executive Committee meeting, the Association agreed to merge the Association's previous 5 committees into 3 committees: Membership Committee, Trade Promotion and Communications Committee, and Finance Committee. This merger aims to increase the development of both depth and breadth for members in production and business.

The Association will promote the organization of competitions and programs to find new, enthusiastic, innovative and creative young entrepreneurs in production and business, thereby nurturing, supporting and developing many core members of the Association in the future. Strengthening the connection activities with the Long An Young Entrepreneurs Association so that the two Associations can jointly propose cooperation and development programs for members of both sides, aiming to create a stronger and more united business community after the two provinces of Tay Ninh and Long An officially merge.

Promoting the power of young entrepreneurs in socio-economic development

Recognizing the importance of the business community and entrepreneurs, in recent times, Tay Ninh has always paid attention to implementing many measures to remove difficulties and obstacles for businesses such as: establishing a special working group to remove difficulties and obstacles, effectively supporting businesses, investors, and investment projects in the province; meeting and dialogue between the government and businesses; regularly directing, rectifying discipline, administrative discipline, enhancing responsibility in performing public duties, especially in handling administrative procedures for people and businesses, in order to promote the internal strength of young entrepreneurs in the socio-economic development of the locality.

Tan Nhien has focused on developing traditional products typical of Tay Ninh such as rice paper without dipping in water and Tay Ninh salt, helping to preserve and promote the unique culture of the locality. At the same time, the enterprise focuses on expanding domestic and foreign markets, contributing to increasing the value of local products, creating jobs and promoting local economic development in line with the mission of "Elevating local specialties".

Tan Nhien’s rice paper products are not only developed domestically but also exported to markets such as Japan, Korea, the US, etc. Thanks to that, the company has brought foreign currency to contribute to the economic growth of Tay Ninh. In addition, the company also contributes to the preservation and promotion of traditional culinary cultural values ​​of Tay Ninh.

Tan Nhien continuously invests in new technology, expands production scale, improves the competitiveness of products and services; applies FFSC 22000 system to the factory, and has certifications such as FDA, HALAL, High-quality Vietnamese goods, the first 5-star OCOP in Tay Ninh province; builds and upgrades factories, creates many jobs for local people, contributing to the economic growth of the province.
