This afternoon, January 7, the Youth Union of Agencies and Enterprises of Quang Tri province held a conference to summarize the work of the Youth Union and youth movement in 2024 and deploy tasks for 2025.

In 2024, with the theme "Year of Youth Volunteers", the youth union of the bloc promoted the spirit of shock, volunteerism, and enthusiastic emulation, implemented many revolutionary action movements and achieved positive results in all areas of work.

Accordingly, 9 youth projects at the block level and 530 youth projects and tasks at the grassroots level have been built with a total value of more than 4.5 billion VND. Attention has been paid to and high results have been achieved in the work of the Youth Union in participating in Party building, introducing outstanding members to the Party; 155 outstanding members have been honored to join the Party.

Political and ideological education work is also always focused on by the Youth Union units with many suitable forms and contents. On the other hand, the Standing Committee of the Youth Union of the Bloc regularly directs the Youth Union units to promote the effective implementation and innovation of the "3 responsibilities" movement among cadres, civil servants and public employees; in which, focusing on directing young union members and civil servants to well implement the content of being proactive and creative in work, undertaking youth projects, and consulting and helping people to solve administrative procedures.

Union members have also boldly proposed ideas and initiatives in studying and working. Many models and creative solutions have been applied in practice, contributing to improving productivity and quality of work. The work of caring for and educating adolescents and children, accompanying young people in studying, career and employment, and supporting young people in starting a business continues to receive deep attention.

Based on the working orientation of the higher-level union, the Executive Committee of the Bloc Youth Union has proposed a program for the union work and youth movement in 2025, in which the working theme is "Quang Tri youth are proud and firmly believe in the Party".

Focus on implementing 7 key task groups; synchronously implement solutions to improve the quality of propaganda activities, thoroughly grasp the Party's guidelines, policies and laws of the State; improve the quality of youth organizations and youth cadres at all levels; organize well emulation movements among young people; strengthen the application of achievements of the 4.0 Industrial Revolution, digital transformation in implementing youth union work and youth movements...

On this occasion, the Central Secretariat of the Youth Union awarded the "For the Young Generation" Medal to 7 individuals. The Central Executive Committee of the Youth Union, the Provincial Executive Committee of the Youth Union, the Executive Committee of the Provincial Party Committee of Agencies and Enterprises, and the Executive Committee of the Youth Union presented emulation flags, certificates of merit, and certificates of merit to many collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements in the work of the Youth Union and the youth movement in 2024.
