With a frank and democratic spirit, voters of Hoang Hoa district have proposed to the National Assembly deputies a number of contents such as: Proposing to abolish Circular No. 02/2022/TT-BTP of the Ministry of Justice on Guidelines for selecting property auction organizations to ensure consistency in the implementation of the Land Law and the application of legal documents; promulgating or amending the Decree on administrative sanctions in the field of land according to the content of the 2024 Land Law to ensure consistency in implementation. Proposing competent authorities to consider reducing the retirement age for civil servants who are preschool teachers at public service units; considering and adjusting salary regulations for newly recruited preschool teachers and currently working preschool teachers, ensuring that they correspond to their training level. It is proposed to expand the target group of “low-income workers” who are supported in vocational training to benefit from the vocational training support policy under the National Target Program on Poverty Reduction; at the same time, promptly issue a document stipulating criteria for determining “low-income workers” so that localities have a basis to effectively implement the policy.

Voters of Hoang Hoa district also proposed that the State have programs and projects to support aquaculture households in the outer dyke areas affected by storm No. 4; to repair the degraded dyke of the Ma River through the area to ensure traffic safety, prevent erosion and saltwater intrusion. It is proposed to separate the position of village team leader to ensure operations and advise on military and defense tasks at the grassroots level...

At the meeting with voters of Nghi Son town, delegates proposed to adjust Decision No. 1699/QD-TTg, dated December 7, 2018 of the Prime Minister on approving the adjustment and expansion of the Master Plan for the construction of Nghi Son Economic Zone, Thanh Hoa province to 2035, with a vision to 2050 to suit the current implementation situation. Continue to pay attention to investing in facilities for the health and education sectors, ensuring the improvement of the quality of medical examination and treatment for the people and the learning conditions and learning opportunities for students. Recommend that the National Assembly consider and study textbooks in accordance with the actual situation of the country and localities, while avoiding waste and negativity. Request to pay attention and supplement the operating budget for associations and mass organizations.

On behalf of the National Assembly deputies, Major General Vu Xuan Hung respectfully thanked the research and proposals of local voters. He affirmed that these were very frank and accurate opinions, especially the recommendations related to documents implementing the 2024 Land Law. He assigned the Office of the National Assembly Delegation and the People's Council of Thanh Hoa province to synthesize the recommendations under the authority of central ministries and branches to question at meetings and respond to voters according to their authority; at the same time, there were timely studies, adjustments, and promulgation of policy mechanisms and legal documents as a basis for branches and localities to implement.
