Uncle Ho's deep concern and advice are a great source of encouragement, becoming the motto of action, the determination of the Party Committee, government and people of all ethnic groups in Tuyen Quang in the cause of building the homeland.

The Party Committee, government and people of all ethnic groups in Tuyen Quang province vow to forever maintain their steadfast faith in the Party's leadership; steadfastly adhere to the goal and path of national independence associated with socialism that the Party and Uncle Ho have chosen; and continue to thoroughly grasp the study and follow of Uncle Ho's ideology, morality and style.
