On the morning of July 26, a delegation representing the Party Committee, Government and People of Ninh Binh province, led by Comrade Doan Minh Huan, Member of the Party Central Committee and Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, visited General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong at the National Funeral House, No. 5 Tran Thanh Tong, Hanoi.

The delegation included comrade Mai Van Tuat, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; members of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee; leaders of the Provincial People's Council, People's Committee, National Assembly Delegation; and Chief of the Provincial Party Committee Office.

The delegation of Ninh Binh province respectfully offered incense and flowers, expressing their emotion and infinite sorrow at the passing of General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong, who had made great contributions and devoted his whole life to the glorious revolutionary cause of the Party and the nation. The wreath of the delegation bore the inscription "The Party Committee, Government and People of Ninh Binh province respectfully pay their respects".

The delegation of Ninh Binh province also shared the grief and great loss with the family of General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong. On behalf of the Party Committee, Government and People of Ninh Binh province, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Doan Minh Huan respectfully and respectfully wrote in the Condolence Book: Deeply mourning the passing of General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong, an outstanding leader, an excellent theorist, a great personality, who devoted his whole life to the Party, the Country and the People!

The shining moral example, the enormous theoretical legacy, and the glorious revolutionary career of Comrade General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong are precious assets of our Party, our Nation, and our People.
