Delegation of the Provincial Military Party Committee offered incense and reported to President Ho Chi Minh

Joining the delegation were: Colonel Vu Van Tung, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Deputy Secretary of the Military Party Committee, Commander of the Provincial Military Command; comrades in the Standing Committee of the Party Committee, heads of the Command, heads of departments, agencies, the Border Guard Command and officers and soldiers of the provincial armed forces.

Before the spirit of President Ho Chi Minh , the beloved leader of the Party and people of Vietnam, the beloved Father of the armed forces, the Delegation expressed deep gratitude and reported to Uncle Ho the outstanding achievements that the officers and soldiers of the Thanh Hoa armed forces have strived to achieve during the past term.

Following Uncle Ho's example, the entire Party Committee, cadres, party members and soldiers vow to promote the spirit of solidarity, unity, effort and determination, inherit and promote the achievements, overcome all difficulties, build the provincial armed forces to become stronger and more mature, improve overall quality and combat strength, and be absolutely loyal to the Party, the Fatherland and the People in any circumstances.
