On the afternoon of April 17, Thanh Hoa Provincial Police held a conference to summarize 10 years of implementing Decree No. 06/2014/ND-CP dated January 21, 2014 of the Government on measures to mobilize the masses to protect national security (ANQG), maintain order and social safety (ATXH) in Thanh Hoa province in the period of 2014-2024. After 10 years, the Provincial Police have directed the construction and launch of 666 self-management models on security and order in 27/27 districts, towns and cities.
