Digital transformation imprint of Dak Lak youth

During the 2025 Summer Youth Volunteer Campaign, Dak Lak Youth Union members have implemented many practical and effective projects and tasks. Typically, all levels of the Youth Union have joined hands to support the elimination of 86 temporary and dilapidated houses for disadvantaged households, with the contribution of up to 4,340 working days from thousands of union members and youth; completed 2 "Lighting up the Countryside Roads" projects and built 1 km of new roads and repaired 15 km of roads, creating favorable travel conditions for people in rural areas.

In addition, the work of caring for children and protecting the environment has also been promoted by the youth organizations. Two playgrounds for children have been built, along with many school cleaning activities, creating a safe and clean learning and playing environment. The "Green Sunday" activity has been effectively implemented, with 5 campaigns, collecting more than 5 tons of waste at schools and residential areas, planting 1,500 new trees and clearing 3 km of village roads. In particular, 2 propaganda mural projects have contributed to raising public awareness of environmental protection.

In implementing these activities, in addition to the local youth union members, there is also the participation of volunteer students from universities and colleges in and outside the province such as: Ho Chi Minh City University of Technical Education, Nam Can Tho University, Buon Ma Thuot University of Medicine and Pharmacy, Tay Nguyen University, etc.

Promoting the role of a pioneering and shock force in digital transformation, the youth union members of Dak Lak province have continuously updated and applied digital technology to all volunteer activities, especially the formation and development of specialized teams to support "Digital Education for All" and activities to support the government and people. The teams supporting "Digital Education for All" are inherited and developed from community digital transformation teams.

Since July 1, 2025, when the two-tier local government model was deployed, this team has quickly adapted, taking on additional tasks such as: Supporting people in using online public services, declaring administrative procedures, registering electronic identification accounts and installing and using the VNeID application... Up to now, the whole province has had 131 teams deployed, successfully supporting 23,878 people and children. These activities are especially prioritized in rural, mountainous and ethnic minority areas, helping people easily access information and digital services, shortening the technology gap.

In the remaining stages of the 2025 Summer Youth Volunteer Campaign, we are determined to continue to maximize the spirit of initiative and creativity of young people, while focusing on key contents and solutions to successfully complete the set goals. In particular, continuing to promote digital transformation will be the top priority. We will direct all levels of the Youth Union to closely follow the implemented activities, especially the role of the "Digital Education for the People" support team to effectively support the two-level government in operating and providing online public services, improving digital capacity for people, contributing to the successful construction of the "Digital Dak Lak" Program.

In addition, continue to implement other solutions in a synchronous manner to ensure the completion of the remaining targets effectively and sustainably; innovate, create, strengthen the mobilization and take advantage of all resources from society, ensuring that the 2025 Summer Youth Volunteer Campaign ends with strong impressions of the dedication and enthusiasm of Dak Lak youth. In particular, all activities will be closely linked to the emulation to achieve achievements to welcome party congresses at all levels, towards the 18th Provincial Party Congress and the 14th National Party Congress.
