On the occasion of the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification Day April 30 (1975 - 2025), this morning, April 25, in Hai Son commune, Mong Cai city, authorized by the Central Military Commission, the Ministry of National Defense, the working delegation of the Party Committee, the Border Guard Command and Mong Cai city organized a flower offering and incense offering ceremony to commemorate the heroes and martyrs at the Po Hen National Historical Site.

With infinite respect and gratitude, the delegation respectfully bows to commemorate the heroes and martyrs who sacrificed to protect the independence, sovereignty, territorial integrity, national border security, for the peace, prosperity and happiness of the people.

The delegation also organized gifts for 50 policy households and people with outstanding revolutionary contributions in Mong Cai City, each gift worth 1,500,000 VND, including gifts in kind worth 500,000 VND and 1,000,000 VND in cash.

The program aims to demonstrate the morality and tradition of “When drinking water, remember its source”, to show gratitude to families with meritorious services, those who have contributed to the revolution and ethnic minorities in border areas; to promote the combined strength of the masses in the cause of protecting territorial sovereignty and national border security.
