On the morning of March 31, 2025, at the headquarters of the Ministry of Science and Technology, a ceremony was held to transfer and receive the Party organization and Party members of the Vietnam Post Corporation Party Committee under the Party Committee of the Ministry of Science and Technology. The ceremony was attended by representatives of the Central Enterprises Party Committee (CBC), the Party Committee of the Ministry of Science and Technology, and related agencies and units .

The transfer is based on Official Dispatch No. 8178-CV/BTCTW dated March 19, 2025 of the Central Organizing Committee on the transfer of affiliated Party Committees after the end of the activities of the Party Committee of the Central Enterprises Bloc ; Decision No. 2719-QD/DUK dated March 21, 2025 of the Party Committee of the Central Enterprises Bloc on the transfer of the Party organization and Party members of Vietnam Post Corporation.

At the ceremony, comrade Nguyen Duc Phong, Deputy Secretary of the Government Party Committee, representative of the Party Committee of the Central Enterprises Bloc, handed over the decision to transfer the Party organization and Party members of VNPost to the Party Committee of the Ministry of Science and Technology.

Receiving this decision, Deputy Minister Pham Duc Long , representative of the Party Committee of the Ministry of Science and Technology, affirmed the readiness of the Party Committee of the Ministry to receive and create favorable conditions for party organizations and party members from VNPost to continue to promote their roles and responsibilities in the new environment. The reception of party organizations and party members from VNPost will contribute to improving the quality of party work, and at the same time supplement and promote the work of party building and leadership in implementing political tasks of the Science and Technology Party Committee.

Speaking at the ceremony, comrade Nguyen Duc Phong emphasized that the transfer of the Party organization and Party members from the Party Committee of the Central Enterprises Bloc to the Party Committee of the Ministry of Science and Technology is an important step in the process of arranging and perfecting the Party organization under the direction of the Central Committee. At the same time, he believes that, with the tradition of solidarity and high sense of responsibility, the Party Committee of the Ministry of Science and Technology will promote its leadership and direction role so that the Party organization and Party members of VNPost continue to develop strongly, contributing positively to the cause of developing science, technology and innovation of the country.

Also at the ceremony, comrade Chu Dinh Dong, member of the Standing Committee, Head of the Party Organization Committee of the Central Enterprises Bloc, comrade Tran Thi Nhi Thuy, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Ministry of Science and Technology and comrade Chu Quang Hao, permanent representative of the Party Committee of VNPost signed the minutes of handover of the Party organization and Party members.

The ceremony took place in a solemn atmosphere, in compliance with regulations and guidelines on the transfer and reception of party organizations .
